Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Manc Global Logistics. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Domestic Delivery Policy
We use Hermes for all orders, except orders for barrels. Orders for barrels are delivered by APC.
Hermes Next Day delivery is not a guaranteed service. Please contact the Hermes website for more details on their Next Day Delivery service for your post code.
Delivery timeframe for orders placed on our website is made up of two components: Shipment processing time and Time in Transit.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
