Our customs brokerage services include:

1. VAT Reclamation: For UK and Ghanaian businesses exporting to Ghana, we are able to generate the required documentation for VAT reclamation either from your supplier or from HMRC (for UK VAT registered businesses). We are able to generate two forms of recognised documentation i.e. a Certificate of Shipment and Single Administrative Document (SAD/C88) for VAT reclamation, in accordance with HMRC VAT Notice 703, Section 7.4a and b.
2. Classification and valuation of goods: Proper classification and valuation of goods is essential for determining the applicable duties and taxes. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to accurately classify and value your goods, ensuring that you pay the correct amount of duties and taxes.
3. Documentation: We handle the preparation of all required documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. We also assist with obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.
4. Clearance of goods: We handle the submission of all necessary documentation and the payment of duties and taxes on behalf of our clients. We work closely with customs officials to ensure that your goods are cleared efficiently and without delay at Tema port.
